Nestled within lush, towering sugar maples and open fields and meadows, our wildlife and habitat Sanctuary offers a breathtaking backdrop that feels serene and untouched. Winding walking paths meander through dense trees, their leaves whispering with the wind, creating a peaceful, natural atmosphere for couples and guests alike. Shaded areas, dappled with sunlight, provide a tranquil retreat, perfect for moments of reflection or intimate conversation—where nature’s beauty becomes a living, breathing part of your celebration. At the Sanctuary’s Kennedy Woods Trailhead, the harmony of the environment surrounds you, creating a peaceful, timeless space that will make your special day truly unforgettable.
The Gazebo
Adding to this serene landscape is a newly constructed gazebo, its rustic charm blending effortlessly with the surrounding natural beauty. Standing tall with a corrugated metal roof and sturdy wooden beams, it offers a unique gathering space that enhances the sanctuary’s atmosphere. The gazebo’s open design invites guests to take in the view of the trees and meadows, while the solid wood floor provides a comfortable and elegant setting for vows, speeches, or quiet moments together. It’s a stunning focal point where the forest’s natural beauty and your special day converge into something magical.

$500*
A unique opportunity to capture your special day amidst the sanctuary’s charming natural beauty. Photoshoot can take place any time between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Wedding Ceremony Kennedy Woods Venue Booking
$750*
Experience a one-of-a-kind celebration surrounded by the sanctuary’s enchanting natural beauty. Enjoy exclusive access to the venue for wedding planners and vendors from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the day of your event.
*This fee covers exclusive access to the beautiful Kennedy Woods trailhead space and parking lot, while guests are also free to explore the Sanctuary’s public forests, meadows, and walking paths. We aim to provide you with a peaceful and scenic setting to celebrate your special day in a way that’s both memorable and in harmony with nature. All bookings require a $500 refundable damage deposit.

Booking Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled by providing written notice. If the cancellation occurs 15 days or more prior to the event date, we will refund any balance payment made, except for the non-refundable deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to the event date, the full balance of the total venue rental fee will then become a donation to The Jack Miner Migratory Bird Foundation. Thanks for your cooperation!
