Okay, just kidding! No snowball fights here!
But we are hoping for the snowball effect.
We recently were approved for an amazing grant that will allow the Sanctuary to be more accessible! We’ll be using the funds to put in sidewalks that make our grounds a safer place to move around in.
Where does the snowball effect come in?
Well, as you probably know, we have lots of plans for our little slice of heaven, but we can’t do it without YOU!
Our ideas can only come to life with the help of government grants and donations from the public!
Our biggest desire is to have an enclosed pavilion.
It will provide a covered area where we can host our fundraising events and provide a meeting space for groups like Scouts, The Retriever Club, the home school groups who currently hold their meetings on our property.
Additionally, renting the space out for other events would create a stream of revenue will help with our operational expenses.
There are multiple ways that you or your business can support The Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary!
Sponsorship items available starting at $300:
Large Blue Spruce Trees
Adirondack Chairs
Small Benches
Sitting Benches
Picnic Tables
